I'm translating from English to Portuguese... for what? Yep! You guessed it. It's the 1st wednesday of the month again and we're training on 'Farming God's Way'.Quite a crowd this time!We still have alot of work back at our farm to get the ground covered.Yes. Had a happy birthday and CHEESECAKE!!! baked by my lovely wife. We hadn't had one in more than a year, especially given the expensive price of materials here.Oooo!! One of my favorite things! Something I picked up while growing up in Brazil, South America, in the Amazon area. We're trying to get that thing out of the stump. Can you see what I'm holding in the picture?Whack! Missed! We'll get him.Yes! We got him. The largest spitting cobra I have ever seen! He's pretty well knocked out but still moving a little.Over 6 foot long!!! That's why we like to use a flashlight when we go places at night. This time Grandma (Pat) has her birthday!Mozambique has some amazing trees!Mozambique also has an amazing woman there! We took a weekend to visit the beach and see one of the oldest Roman Catholic churches on the coast near Mozambique Island. It's been there since the 1500's.It's no longer brass or bronze, but painted wood, so we can still imagine the day...Esther loves it's ornately carved door. The youth group visited an orphanage here in Nampula. Most kids on Mozambique have family who will care for them, but a few don't, especially in the city.
