Hannah gave birth to a cute little bundle - Adonia - October 17th 3 weeks early due to her amniotic fluids being low. Adonia was 4 lbs 13 oz and 16.5 inches and quite healthy, praise God! Dad, Mom, and Baby are doing great!Hannah and Adonia shortly after deliveryDaniel and AdoniaHannah kisses AdoniaPutting up the water TOWER was quite a project with a 5000 liter (2,500+ gallon) tank 20 feet above the ground.Elijah had a scare when part of the tower fell against his head while it was being lifted. He had a pretty gash and felt disoriented for awhile and sore for several days. We thank God we didn't have to life-flight him out to South Africa! Here is the group that made the 5 day trip to a couple newer churches out of town that these two men planted. The main diet is manioc root dried and crushed into a powder. There is no nutrition and only a few minerals in it, but it keeps them going. It also kept us going during the 5 days of the trip. Besides this we ate rice and chicken (a big costly treat out in the village!)Here a woman mixes the manioc flour with water into a thick mush to eat. Here a family buried their deceased relative near their house. The clothes are there because the deceased needs this in the after-life. They will also put food out in bowls by this graveside so that the ancestor can spirit them away and eat them. They're often afraid they haven't given them enough food, while they themselves also starve at times.Cute! Cute Babies! One of the couples in the church we visited. One afternoon we went on a long want to several houses to pray for those requesting prayer. Some wanted prayer for recurring bad dreams of threats. Another asked that his wife would return so that there would be someone at home while he worked, so that he wouldn't keep on being robbed. She left because he is a Christian and won't retaliate against those who steal from them.A handicapped woman receives prayer and an offering from the church to make her crutches to help her get to church. They are already in the process of building her another and better mud hut.Check out the wood suspension/support for this bike. When money is scarce they do the best they can. I've seen this often in bikes here.Storytelling the Gospel Pictures! An Amazing African Sunset
